From exploring the University of Texas and the vibrant streets of Austin to cruising the San Antonio River Walk and spending an exciting day at SeaWorld, this trip brings together the perfect combination of culture, education, adventure, and fun!

Your Austin & San Antonio adventure will feature:

🍽️ Meals are included throughout the trip, featuring two hotel breakfasts, a $25 lunch allowance, a group meal at Mi Tierra or a similar restaurant, a SeaWorld meal voucher, dinner at The Oasis, a meal at Incredible Pizza, and a $15 Buc-ee's meal allowance for the journey.

At Perform America, we work to provide the best possible value for every group. Our trips utilize a group-structured pricing model, meaning package pricing is based on the final number of travelers participating in the trip. Because many travel expenses such as charter transportation, hotel accommodations, attractions, and certain operational costs are shared by the group, larger groups benefit from lower per-person pricing, while smaller groups may result in a higher per-person cost.

Your group's director or group leader has been provided with and has approved the group's pricing structure prior to registration opening. The final package price will be determined once registration closes and the group's final traveler count has been confirmed, in accordance with the established pricing structure for your trip.

We encourage families to register early and help promote the trip, as larger groups generally provide the best overall value for everyone. If you have any questions regarding your group's pricing, please contact your group leader or Perform America.

All deposits must be made online and paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer from a checking account.  For subsequent payments, you can avoid Online Transaction Fees by mailing a check to our office at the address below by the appropriate due date.  Please put the traveler's name and group name on the memo line of the check.

There are no late fees for individual online payments, but travelers delinquent by two monthly payments are subject to having their reservation cancelled by Perform America-TX, LLC. 

Any refunds for cancelled trips will follow the CANCELLATION SCHEDULE below. There is a $50 reinstatement fee for any cancelled travelers wanting to re-register for the trip.

At any time prior to 120 days before departure, client may be entitled to a full refund minus non-refundable deposit.

The following per person refund policy applies for cancellations: 

From 120 to 91 calendar days before departure, 25% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.   

From 90 to 61 calendar days before departure, 50% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.

From 60 to 31 calendar days before departure, 75% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.

From 30 calendar days before departure until the departure date, the full tour price is retained Perform America.  

The purchase of travel insurance can help recover any of the retained costs. Please refer to your travel insurance policy for further details.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.  We partner with Trawick International to bring you the best plans available, including CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. 

NOTE:   If interested in purchasing travel insurance, you  must purchase before making your final payment.  If paying your trip in full, you must purchase travel insurance FIRST. If you are wanting to add on CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage to your policy, it must be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit.

Online Registration

1. Go to the trip registration link and register your participant/traveler

2. Read all the trip details, e.g. available packages, payment plans, terms, and itinerary.

3. Click “Select”. In some cases, the button might say “Book Now” or similar. A pop-up will appear (Picture 1).

4. Choose a package: select the number of participants, the package, and the payment options.

5. Add Buyer (Parent/Guardian) information, Please make sure to input Parent/Guardian email as important reminders will be sent to that email address.

6. Add Participant (Student/Traveler) info: fill in the form and agree to the terms and conditions. 

   • Please note that this information might auto-populate from Buyer info, and you will have to delete and enter correct information for Participant (Student/Traveler)

   • IMPORTANT:  NAME ENTERED SHOULD BE LEGAL NAME THAT MATCHES ID

7. Complete payment: type your bank account or card details then click “Confirm Booking” to pay securely and confirm your booking.  You will receive an email with the receipt of the trip payment.  Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

• You will receive an email from us. Click “Make Payment”, sign in to your WeTravel account with Buyer (Parent/Guardian) email you made initial payment with, and you will be redirected to pay your installments.

1. Sign into WeTravel. Click “My Trips” > “Manage Booking” (Picture 2).

2. You can see your booking details and payment status. There are buttons to pay your next installments, add more options to your booking, create a contribution page, update your information, or message Perform America - TX, LLC. (Picture 3)

3. Message us if you want to change the booking, e.g. switch package.

1. If you'd like to change the email address associated with your account, you can do that by going to "Profile" > "Edit Profile" > "Login & Security"

2. If you'd like to change the first and/or last name associated with your account, you can do that by going to "Profile" > "Edit Profile" > "General Settings"
