All deposits must be made online and paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer from a checking account. For subsequent payments, you can avoid Online Transaction Fees by mailing a check to our office at the address below by the appropriate due date. Please put the traveler's name and group name on the memo line of the check.

There are no late fees for individual online payments, but travelers delinquent by two monthly payments are subject to having their reservation cancelled by Perform America-TX, LLC.
Any refunds for cancelled trips will follow the CANCELLATION SCHEDULE below. There is a $50 reinstatement fee for any cancelled travelers wanting to re-register for the trip.
At any time prior to 120 days before departure, client may be entitled to a full refund minus non-refundable deposit.
The following per person refund policy applies for cancellations:
From 120 to 91 calendar days before departure, 25% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.
From 90 to 61 calendar days before departure, 50% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.
From 60 to 31 calendar days before departure, 75% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.
From 30 calendar days before departure until the departure date, the full tour price is retained Perform America.
