At any time prior to 120 days before departure, client may be entitled to a full refund minus non-refundable deposit. The following per person refund policy applies for cancellations: From 120 to 91 calendar days before departure, 25% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.   From 90 to 61 calendar days before departure, 50% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.From 60 to 31 calendar days before departure, 75% of package price per person is retained by Perform America.From 30 calendar days before departure until the departure date, the full tour price is retained Perform America.  The purchase of travel insurance can help recover any of the retained costs.
